OS-L系列管式水冷空氣源臭氧發生器，主要由壓縮空氣系統及凈化系統（空氣壓縮站、冷凍干燥器、精密過濾器、PSA富氧干燥機）、臭氧發生系統、智能電源控制系統等組成。
